SlashTube.com ("SlashTube") has adopted and follows a policy of respecting the copyrights of others. SlashTube's copyright agent is SlashTube, who can be reached as follows:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on the SlashTube website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide SlashTube's copyright agent with the following information in writing (the "Notification"):

1. 1. a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
2. 2. identification of the work that you believe is being infringed;
3. 3. identification of the material that you believe infringes the work;
4. 4. a description of where the material is located on SlashTube website;
5. 5. your address, telephone number, and email address;
6. 6. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
7. 7. a statement by you that the information you are sending is accurate and that you are, under penalty of perjury, the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
   
   

In the event that SlashTube receives a notice of alleged infringement complying with the above requirements, SlashTube will disable access to or remove the material, and will then promptly use reasonable efforts to notify the party who originally posted the allegedly infringing material that the material was disabled or removed.

If your material has been disabled or removed from the SlashTube website because of an alleged claim of copyright infringement, you may respond to SlashTube's copyright agent with the following written information (the "Response"):

1. 1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. 2. identification of the material that was removed or disabled;
3. 3. identification of where the material was located before it was removed or disabled;
4. 4. a statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;
5. 5. your name, address, and telephone number;
6. 6. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are located outside of the United States, provide a statement that you consent to any judicial district in Texas;
7. 7. and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the allegation of infringement
   
   

Upon receipt of the Response by SlashTube's copyright agent, SlashTube will promptly use reasonable efforts to provide a copy of the Response to the person identified in the Notification along with notice that the material will be replaced or re-activated in ten (10) business days. SlashTube will, in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after receipt of the Response, restore the disabled or removed material, unless the person claiming to be the copyright holder has filed an action in a court of law preventing SlashTube from doing so and informs SlashTube's copyright agent of the action.
