Webmail Options

Reply-To Email

The Reply-To Email is the email address that you'd like your recipients to reply you at. Some customers prefer having a different Reply-To Email than the one they send emails from.

Copy To Sent

This option allows you to automatically save a copy of all emails that you send using the Spam Arrest website in your Sent Items folder.

Disable "Add To Addressbook" on Send

By default, Spam Arrest would add all recipients to your Address Book. If you'd like to change this behavior, just check the box to the right.

Confirmed Delivery

Spam Arrest features Confirmed Delivery. With Confirmed Delivery, you get to know the status of the emails you send using the Spam Arrest website. However, please note that the recipient should have images enabled with his/her mail program. If the recipient is blocking images, the Confirmed Delivery option would not work. Confirmed Delivery notifies you using colored label envelopes in your Sent Items.

Envelope Label Color Description
White No Tracking Used
Green Confirmed Read
Red Not Yet Confirmed Read

Enable Delivery Notifications

The Delivery Notifications feature does pretty much the same like Confirmed Delivery except that it sends you a notification email about the status of your email.

From Email

The From Email allows you to set the default “From” email for your Spam Arrest account. This is the default email that would appear in your Spam Arrest account under the Compose page.

From_Email

Signature

You can add a Signature to your Spam Arrest account. This signature would automatically be a part of all your outgoing emails (ones that you send using the Compose page).

Messages Per Page

You can change the number of emails displayed per page in your Spam Arrest account using this option. You can virtually set it to any number but you shouldn't set it outrageously if you have a lot of emails in your account. Spam Arrest recommends it setting to a maximum of 200 emails per page.

Senders Per Page

You can also change the number of senders displayed under the Senders page. Spam Arrest recommends to not set this number over 200 as well.

Disable External Images

You can use this option to disable external images from being displayed in your emails. Some customers prefer this to prevent graphic content or to speed up the time it takes to open emails with embedded images.

Default Start Page

You can use this option to set your Spam Arrest account to direct you at the page you use the most when you log-in! Most customers set their Default Start Page to the Unverified folder.

External Link Type

This option allows you to set the behavior for external links.

Option Description
New Window The link would open in a new window
Current Window The link would open in the same window

Quote Setting

The Quote Settings enable you to change the character that denotes previous conversations in an email thread. Spam Arrest allows you the flexibility to pick your own character!

Hide Messages with Unsuccessful Verifications

The 'Hide Messages with Bounced Verifications' option hides all emails which have their Challenge emails bounced. Almost 99% emails addresses whose challenge emails are bounced are spam, so hiding those will considerably decrease your efforts to glance through the Unverified emails.

Enable AutoCheck on your Inbox

The AutoCheck feature enables your Spam Arrest account to automatically check for new emails at a regular interval. If a new email arrives in your Spam Arrest account, you see an alert window (just like the one below):

Alert
